The West Riding Citizens Association was incorporated in 1971 to promote the interests of the families owning property in the subdivision recorded as Diamond Courts (which is also known as West Riding of Diamond Farms), located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, in any way permitted by the law of Maryland.
